I know this is a pretty dumb question to ask but I'm kind of just grabbing at strings to see if there's any way I can work this out. I've wanted to play Melee Netplay for a while, I have a mayflash adapter and I'm set to go, but I can't play it because my computer's ass. It's ram is fine (4 gigs) so I think the problem is my graphics card... It's Intel. Are there any settings I can throw on or whatever to increase my frames? Thanks for helpin' me out, fam.

If you are on Windows 8, make sure to set your power mode to "high performance"
Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options
For some reason Microsoft thought it was a good idea for the default setting of your computer to be running half of maximum clock speed.

If that does not fix your problem, I hate to break it to you, but you are using a potato right now.

Lmao, yeah, I know I am. I want to get a new one but I don't have a job or anything right now so I'm boned for the time being. Thanks for the advice, though. I'll have to see if that's the problem later.
