My beef with the Nintendo Network

You see, every time I try to send a replay to one of my friends, it gives me the classic message "You've reached the posting limit for today. Please save it for another day."


...I haven't ever posted.

From what I understand (Keep in mind I haven't done extensive research on this topic) that happens a lot and I think it means you're banned off something or other. Not entirely sure.
