Location: Student Union 340GHI
Parking: Park in the Union Deck located right next to the student union. It can be found using the address "Student Union Lane, Charlotte, NC". The best place to park is the top of the parking deck because it has a bridge directly to the first floor of the student union. Detailed instructions to get to room at the bottom.

Tournament Fee: $5
This tournament fee is per-car and completely waived if you bring a setup. (If 5 people come together with a setup, then no one has to pay this fee. Alternatively, if there is no setup, the people in the car must come up with $5 in total).

Doubles payout will be similar to above but slightly modified to make it easier to split between teammates.

Policies:
10 minute DQ timer will start once a match is noticeably holding up a bracket. If you need to leave for more than 5 minutes, let a TO know before doing so.
If your opponent pauses the game during a match, come get a TO if you can't come to an agreement.
If you are currently in bracket and do not want to be DQed, ask the TO before doing a money match. If your money match is holding up the bracket and you did not get the TO's permission, you may get DQed if you do not quit out right away and do your tournament match.
If you enter multiple games, you must prioritize the match that the TO tells you to play.
Tournament start times - They are announced and the events will NOT start before the allotted time. Tournaments may be slightly delayed to improve overall tournament time.
How to find the room:
From the parking deck roof, walk across the bridge until you get to the main room. To the left there will be elevators. Take the elevator to the third floor and turn left when you exit the elevator. Follow the first hallway on the left and you will arrive at room 340GHI.
From the student union main entrance - Walk up the stairs to the third floor and enter the hallway right in front of the stairway and proceed to the back room. OR walk left past the stairs and take the elevator to the third floor and turn left when you exit the elevator. Follow the first hallway on the left and you will arrive at room 340GHI.
