Music randomly becomes staticy

So, on my SD card I recently re-loaded all my custom music and a good deal of songs will at times cut out to either totally different ones, or just halfway become static and unbearable.

What would be causing this / is it fixable without having to do something like track down and redownload all the songs?

defragment your sd card

Back up your files and then defragment your SD card.

Ok, good to know that's all I needed. Didn't know if something got really messed up somehow lol
