Smash 3DS Music Priority

It may come as a stupid question, but I just can't find it ANYWHERE in the game.

How do you change the priority of music selected on the stages?

One thought it would be easy to find..

I believe pressing L on the stage select screen will change the music to the alternate one. There's only 2 songs for each stage, by the way. My Music is only for the Wii U version.

Hold R and the stage image should be highlighted red, that's when you know you picked the secondary music

Damnit.. I want the Master Hand fight music, its awesome, and not available :o..

Maybe, hopefully in Wii U.
