I found I like certain parts of the music in brawl. Things like the piano portion of "The Theme Of Love" from Mother 3. What if we could edit it and customize our music with parts of our favorite tunes in it? So we could have a little of every song i like for an epic song.

If i wanted the mother 3 love theme and some of porkey's theme, maybe some pokemon music as well.(limited to 5 minutes maybe) It could replace stage editor, and we could have the option of choosing to use it on a given stage when we select it....

I think having a 'mixtape' of kickass portions of some of our favorite tracks would sound awkward if applid to more than one stage. Something that gets me excited when listening to music is anticipating the parts that sound really good or catchy. Like that 'phasy' section for a few seconds at the beginning of Mushroomy Kingdom on Stage 1.

How about a music arranger of sorts where you can insert or replace certain notes in a song to sound like a different instrument, sound, etc. It would be even better if they made each sound fitting to each series. Imagine altering the Pokemon Battle theme to sound like metal or making a jazzy version of an F-Zero track. Maybe you could collect Notes as item drops like Stickers worked in Brawl. As long as it doesn't take up most of the game.
