Smash Journeyman
Yesterday I tried for the first time online smash with Mupen, and I found out with great surprise that it's actually way better than the PJ64, but there are two things I can't understand about it :O
1) There were more lag spikes than on PJ64. I've read somewhere that Mupen might lag if it's running on a pc not powerful enough, but I don't know what are the requirements to run it![Stick Out Tongue :p :p](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/tongue.gif)
Are 512 MB of RAM enough? And if my opponent's pc can't run Mupen correctly will the game lag for both? >_>
2) I felt so much better on Mupen, but I couldn't understand why. I had the feeling it really looks more similar to the console game than PJ64, but I dunno why. It just looks more... "natural". Does anyone know what's the difference with PJ64? :o
And btw, Malva's Mupen has the Sep version of p2p-client kaillera, but the last p2p-client version is the Nov one. Would that be better than the older one?
