Multiple Up-B Usage?

right around 0:13-0:19, it looks like he's hit off, does his down aerial meteor smash thingy, what looks to be his up B, then his cape, then another side B.

Am I crazy?

Not there. He does his Fair, then air jump, cape, then his third jump.

Yeah just a second jump. And it looks really weird when mario gets back on the stage because sonic used his up-b recovery and his spring falls past mario.

Really think about this for a second... multiple up-Bs?

People could perma stall off the edge. Recoveries need to be limited. That's what makes certain characters like Jiggs and Kirby special, because they have all those jumps.
