Multiple Moveset Question

I've recently gotten into custom content for pm and I was wondering about importing movesets into characters. I was wondering if it was possible to import multiple movesets into the same character (where one moveset would correlate to one skin and another would correlate to another skin). Please let me know if anyone's figured out how to do this and if they could tell me how to also.

In short: no, it's not possible (at least right now). People can edit objects and their sound effects, like Dr. Mario's replacement of pills over Mario's fireballs, but they can't change the actual moveset files between slots.

An alternate solution would be to duplicate a character (say...Marth, duplicate over Olimar), and have the movesets only changed on one.

Sorry to tell you otherwise.

I think this actually would be possible (in a way) but would be quite limited due to filesize. Correct me if im wrong guys :p

But I think one could add new animations to a characters motion file, and fill in all blank subactions in PSA. Then you could use the same coding as in dr mario (where it kinda says "if loading slot x - insert new gfx"). Instead of just putting the gfx in there you could say "change subaction" to whatever you want it to be (one of the new subactions you made).

Not sure if this makes sense, but i think it is at least partially doable.

that would work, but as you said, filesize is the issue.

It's what samus does for ice mode, except the conditional is a boolean set by taunting, not the costume.

Ya exactly. I mean my sword ganon mod (which is an adaptation of ashingdas) has quite a different moveset when switching to sword morde. With some skill, clever tactics and luck, you could come up witha separate moveset for another costume.

It'll be very time consuming though. Good luck!
