hey falco forums im a fox main but i play falco on occassion and i just started to use multi shines more and more in my game with fox but i just cant do them with falco. while playing fox i can get 10-15 while showing off and maybe 3-4 when im actually doing it to somebody but with falco i just get 1 shine and then jump and if im lucky i get 2 and then either stay there in the shine or jump. are falco's multi shines different from foxes or something? can somebody explain how to do them with falco?

timing and synch, oh yeah and practice. there isnt any text that could really show you how to do it well, most people will say, oh just Jc shine a bunch of times...>_>...but you really have to figure it out. unless someone made a video...

as far as finger speed is concerned, they should be easier to do w/falco than fox. anyway, i think practicing to do more than 2 or 3 is overkill.

Once it becomes muscle memory, you should be fine. Fox and falco's multishines aren't too different. Shouldn't be a problem after working it out in practice

They are different enough to bone you in the *** for trying w/ falco after using fox's.

@Tundravalco: when i started multishining w/ falco (i also had this same problem), i found the control stick to be far easier than learning a different button rate (even sliding from x>b was too fast).

i can do about 5 consistently, though only 2 is useful in most cases

try to use the analog, though you could slide y/b

I thought you started w/ fox's. You can't do it anymore? 27's nice, that's 9 more than my fox record.

yeah i can do it with fox but not like falco. i start to lose my rythm after 10-15 with fox because my hands get ******** and i lose it. and i have the video on VHS so when i get it on DVD ill put it on my computer. ive got alot of clips of me just double shining over the past 2 months because i have no life when i find somebody that has a VHS/DVD thing ill record it over to DVD.
