A while ago I saw this thread that was claiming that there had to be at least one new franchise because of the image code Sakurai used (ie: Pit's Bow was #18, he Smash icon was #01, etc.) well, the ice climber's is #14 right. we know what the first 12 are, let me see if I can name them off the top of my head:
1. SSB
2. DK
3. Starfox
4. Kirby
5. Falcon
6. Metroid
7. Earthbound
8. Pokemon
9. Triforce
10. 'Shroom
11. Yoshi Egg
12. FE Sword
13. ?
14. Eggplant
15. Leaf
16. W
17. (probably Snake's)
18. Pit's Bow
all the nwe franchises are later numbers, so if 13 was a new one, it'd be surrounded by veterans. if it were the G&W icon, that would obviously confirm him.
