Brawl reigns supreme here and Blazblue is all the rage, like totally.

Awesome. I prefer Brawl and can't wait to get into Blazblue. I live in Snake Country right now (Florida), and the competition for both Melee and Brawl is intense (for Brawl Co18, Afro, Chops, Nick Riddle, and Seibrik and Melee Col Bol, Da Shiz Wiz, Hungrybox, Rockcrock, and a whole ton of others). Is there a dominant species around here? How often do you guys get 50 plus tournaments? Its a weekly thing in Florida.

We have events like every weekend and turnouts are usually good, around 40 peeps, 60+ for the bigger stuff. Its always fun~

where in VA are you moving? places like richmond, VA beach, charlottesville, blacksburg, lynchburg, etc. are like nowhere near northern VA where brawl is popular.

Come to Fairfax county area that's the best if you want to go to all tourneys(Md and Va tourneys) in the area without traveling over a hour

petersburg = south of richmond = really far from any MD/VA tourneys. you are prolly closer to VA beach.
also, am i the only one who noticed you are "moving to Virgina" in the thread post?!?!? might wanna fix that to not look as bad.

Everyone in Florida who doesn't live in Orlando is use to driving 3 hours to Orlando tournaments.
