Moving SHFFL

i've been working on my SHFFL in melee and I've gotten quite good at it
but I'm having trouble throwing out a SHFFL while moving, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right but it's hard to move and fast fall at the same time, so I was looking for an tips on that

A lot of learning to apply tech skill to battle comes from just playing the game. The more experience you have, the better you'll become at performing advanced techniques while fighting. It's not really something that can be taught like math or science. It has to be put into practice to truly be effective.
