I have a probem.When I try and import videos onto a project it closes when I try to import pictures or music it works fine.What's wrong?

windows movie maker? it could be a bad video format that movie maker cant read. get virtualdub ( http://www.virtualdub.org/ ) download that and open the video file your having problems with. and reconvert it to .AVI hopefully you should be able to open that in movie maker.
