Moveset Problem

Hi! I'm new to the board but I have a problem. As most of you know it is now possible to hack textures in brawl without the need for an iso. Anyway I'm not too savvy when it comes to this and need a relatively detailed explanation.

My first problem is that i have no idea how to save new movesets like the phoenix mario moveset. I've searched youtube videos and i was just given a link to download a .pac file and no real explation on installation. Is another code that has to be put through ocarina needed or something? Could anybody give me this code?

Nextly i do not know how to install character effects such as captain falcon's blue falcon punch and what not. Is a code needed for that as well?

put it in ((private/wii/app/RSBE/)not sure if that is the correct order)pf/fighter/(Char name)/Fit(char name).pac

luigi would be FitLuigi.pac

So you dont need to name the effects with a number? Ima go try that. Thanks!
