Smash Lord
So I've been thinking heavily on something: In an alternate reality where Nintendo purchased Rareware, published a polished and refined version of Banjo Threeie: Nuts & Bolts, as well as an optionally censored version of Conker: Live & Uncut, and Sakurai deemed it appropriate for them to be included in Smash Bros. and also decided to hire the Project M team, what would their content be?
My thoughts, starting with our favourite, Banjo and Kazooie, playable from the start, being a lighter character, with an average speed.

- Shock Jump Pad: The pad appears below their feet, they spring up doing blade-damage to anyone who contacts, and should the pad fall on top of anyone, it breaks doing damage. Once it's on the floor, it'll double the jump of anyone who touches it.
Alternatively - Flight Pad: Similar to Pit's Wings of Icarus move.

- Turbo Trainers: A move similar to the Wario Bike, albeit slower, less knockback, but more control with the ability to jump. Any attack would get you out of this mode.
Alternatively - Talon Trot: The same thing, with additional blade-damage in a jump start.
Alternatively - Fire Eggs: Kazooie shoots eggs forward.
Alternatively - Vehicle: Banjo hops in a Nuts & Bolts-esque, or for you traditionalists, a Diddy Kong Racing vehicle, and it operates just like the Wario Bike, albeit smaller and faster.
- Wrench Spin: I'll admit, I liked Nuts & Bolts, but for you traditionalists, the Pack Whack would serve the same function. A move similar to Link's, Donkey Kong's, and Mario's spin attacks, this move would be a horizontally heavy-hitting spin.
Alternatively - Select Egg Type: Pulling Kazooie out of his pack and caulking her like a shotgun, not only would this change the "Fire Eggs" and "Bounce Eggs" moves, but it'll also change all of Kazooie's moves to have the element of the attack. Purely cosmetic with the exception of the Grenade egg, which deals doubled damage and knockback, but self-damage as well. The eggs, as you would imagine, have an effect based on the attack: Blue eggs are fast and week, Fire eggs are a bit slower though more powerful, Ice eggs freeze but do as much damage as a blue egg, grenade eggs are slow but extremely powerful, Clockwork Kazooie eggs create a small follower, similar to Luma or an Ice Climber, though without a double jump, and is slower, that explodes any enemy who makes contact, potentially damaging the player if you're not fast enough, and finally, the Proximity eggs, that operate similar to Snake's down-smash. The latter two do not change Kazooie's attacks.

- Bounce Eggs: Kazooie shoots bouncy eggs backward, if used with Fire Eggs as a down-tilt-special, you have to specify shooting backwards to fire them backwards.

- Fire Eggs: Kazooie shoots eggs forward.
Alternatively - Bill Drill: Functioning similarly to any ground pound, though charge-able.
- Bill Drill.
- Beak Barge.
- Breegull Bash?
- Claw Swipe.

- Peck.

- Forward Roll.

- Rat-a-tat Rap.

- Flap flip.

- Banjo caulks Kazooie like a shotgun, scrolling through egg-types, displayed on the Damage Meter.
- Banjo's famous idle animations!
Smash Ball - there's no smash ball icon?! Blaspheme! Wondering: Behaving similarly to the hammer, but with a higher jump, longer lasting, with an icon on the top-left displaying the golden feather count, purely cosmetic.
Alternatively - Jiggy Rain: Like in Sonic & Sega: All-Stars Racing, giant Jiggies fall from the sky, like with Ness' PK Starstorm.
Alternatively - Flight with Airborn Egg Aiming: Functioning similarly to Yoshi's Super Dragon.
Alternatively - Overpowered Vehicle. Banjo hops in a vehicle with lazers, guns, anything horrible you can imagine.
Victory poses - Banjo relaxes as he did at the end of Banjo-Kazooie.
He gets a Jiggy.
Palette Swaps - Banjo's design will be based off of his Nuts & Bolts appearance, hooray for square noses! Each palette swap would be based off of his multiplayer appearances, with one exception: He would have a costume changing Kazooie
changing his skin and fur color to a more orange-ish, similar to his 3D renders back in the N64 days, and all those stiches would vanish! He would also have
.
Klungo, my favourite character of all time, unlockable after beating classic mode with Banjo, having clumsy slow powerful moves, but is smaller than other large characters and medium-weight.

- Sssave teh World: Anybody who's played or seen Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, traditionalist or not, would agree that Hero Klungo Sssavesss teh World was the best part of the whole game. Klungo would jump, holding the world above his head, damaging those who touch it. I'd prefer it 3D fancy, though some would prefer this move to be 8-Bit-y.

- Bessst ssshooting: Klungo pulls a blaster from his coat, and fires a small, albeit powerful lazer beam.
Alternatively - Vehicle: Just like the Wario bike.
- Bad Potionsss: Like Mr. Game & Watch's Chef attack, though much slower and precise, Klungo throws a potion after potion. After landing, though, each one burns in a puddle for a few seconds, harming those who touch it. It also has more knockback, equal damage, and you can also change the direction in which you throw.
Alternatively: Good Potionsss: Klungo gulps down one of four potions, invisibility, growth, duplication, and an accidental bad potion. The duplication will create a copy, working similarly to the ice climbers, while the bad potion will do self-damage. You can't have more than one potion at a time, ya cheapskate!

- Good Potionsss.
Alternatively - Shield: Ummmm... Maybe like Fox's shine? I dunno, I didn't think this one through.
- Klungo's idle animations from Nuts & Bolts!
Final Smash - Hero Klungo: Functioning like Yoshi's Super Dragon again, Klungo changes form to his 8-Bit Super Klungo Sprite!
Alternatively - Overpowered Vehicle: LAME, Hero Klungo isss teh bessst.
Victory Pose - Klungo chuckles or somethin', then goes to a nearby arcade machine and plays his famousss game.
Palette Swaps - Klungo would have a costume corresponding to each game world in Nuts & Bolts, as well as his party gear from Banjo-Tooie, and another costume with a refined tuxedo and top hat BECAUSE I CAN DARN IT!!
Conker: I think he would be light, and small, but with powerful moves. Or somethin'.

- Funny Helicopter Tail Thing: Though a bit more floaty, functions like Link's spin attack.
Alternative - Bats: He turns into a bat, doing 1% blade damage to those who touch him with no flinching.
Alternative - Hypnotize: Functions exactly like Jigglypuff's Sing.

- Mr. Barrel. Functioning like the Wario Bike, with a larger range, faster, more knockback, but can't turn around. Randomly switches between it and the hoverboard, though it's only a cosmetic affect.
Alternative - Rocket. Functioning similarly to Snake's Missile, or Zelda's Din's Fire, or Samus' Rocket, or something, I didn't think this through well, 'kay?!
- Slingshot/Throwing Knives/Magnum: Each weapon is random each time it's drawn, but its' affects are purely cosmetic. Conker draws his weapon, though you can move while holding them, similarly to the cracker launcher, though you can only shoot in a straight line. You can shoot pretty fast for less damage too, so long as you tap fast enough.
Alternative - Hypnotize.

- Anvil: Similar to Kirby's Stone, though bigger, slower, can be damaged, but players can't walk through it, they can stand on it too.
- Frying Pan, Bat, Katana: Randomly alternating, again, only being cosmetic.
- Bricks.
- Bricks.
- Conker's idle animations: One of which Conker will pull out the Super Smash Bros. strategy guide, and study Zero Suit Samus' moves. Very carefully.
Final Smash - Chainsaw: Anyone who touches it receives damage with no knockback until the player presses the standard attack button, where Conker swings the chainsaw dealing heavy knockback.
Palette Swaps - I dunno. His costumes would be his military uniform, his Matrix outfit, his Van Helsing clothes, and his pantsless outfit with the fur more red.
Oh, and I think Birdy would make a great Assist Trophy, upon being summoned, he would talk to the players, if he's attacked, he'll use a context sensitive pad, doing a random move of Conker's.
Stages for all three characters: Spiral Mountain, a very vertical stage with ledges down the mountain. Each time you select the stage, it has a fifty-fifty chance of being Spiral Mountain, or Windy, both would have the same collision, but different hazards and music, Spiral Mountain having Gruntilda passing by using harmful weird spells, or even operating as a boss! It would also have killable Gruntydactyls, that'll attack dealing small amounts of damage. Windy would have the occasional killable worm pop out of the ground, and killable wasps fly by, functioning exactly like the Gruntydactyls.
Anyway, lemme know what you think, I'm personally not fond of Banjo's side-special, but I couldn't think of anything better, do better than I can!

his suit he wears when you beat Nuts & Bolts.
