Move help for my Empoleon and Torterra

Ok, so my Empoleon has Surf, Hydro Pump, Drill Peck, and Ice Beam. I want to get rid of Hydro Pump. What move should I replace it with?

Also, my Torterra has Synthesis, Earthquake, Crunch, and Leaf Storm. Is there a better Grass move to teach him, or would I be better off keeping Leaf Storm?
