I was playing as Link yesterday on the Wii U and noticed that his move animation for his clawshot is different compared to the 3ds version. Link's animation for the Wii U is essentially the same from Brawl, specifically that when you miss a grab, the chain falls limp after it is fully extended before Link retracts it back to his hand. In contrast, the 3ds version is more like the N64 version of Link's hookshot grab, where the clawshot never falls limp to the ground and is always parallel above the surface of the stage during extension and retraction.

Has anyone noticed any other moveset animation changes between the two versions of the game? And do you guys think that there could be some frame differences between them?
