I was listen to trailors on IGN and they keep saying the best hasn't been announced yet, etc. You think some of the biggest announcements are coming late November... such as the rest of third party announcements, etc.?

Late nov is probably literally too late. I would guess something big no later than nov 3 which puts it a month away at that time.
