Most annoying/hard level 9 cpu?

Mario.I went to training mode, won 2 times, tied 2, which when I thought: "It's good enough now to play for real". Guess what? The CPU level 9 mario just creamed me everytime, even when I moved to customs, and the only time I beat him was in 2 vs 1.
