Hi, I'm new to this forum but I'm an avid brawl fan. I have a dilemma, ever4y Saturday, Me and 3 other friends come to my place for pizza, a couple of beers and Brawl but occasionally we have a 4th friend come around and tonight is one of those nights. My question is, is it possible to have more than 4 players at once? I have seen clips on Youtube with people having 7 players but only 4 are controllable. Is there any codes to add a fifth player and assigning it to the Wii Remote. My current setup is 4 Gamecube controllers and i would like to add a Wii Remote. So what i am asking is for a code to: Add a fifth player assigned to the Wii Remote as either Kirby or Meta Knight. Is this possible? I am very great full for any that replies in regards to my situation.

I remember people started on project to make 6 player brawls possible, but quickly abandoned it because of the numerous glitches and crashes it caused.
As of now it's impossible. You could always use the rotation mode or have last place give up the controller. That's what me and my friends do when theres to many of us.

Thanks for your answers, Crazy Mofo we do have last place hand over the controller but its really not as fun as it would be with all 5 of us playing at once. Anyways could someone tell me what file on the brawl disc contains the information that chooses the Gamecube controller over the Wii Remote ( like if you have 3 GC controllers and a Wii remote if you plug one more GC in the Wii Remote gets booted out.) And also how to add the additional characters to the Character Select screen. ( Like individual portraits for Samus and Zero Suit Samus, or Pokemon Trainer and the 3 Pokemon as individual portraits.) Also the Alloys to the screen as well as i would like to work on a little project of my own.

Unless you have a USBgecko (or are really good at Hexing) than your not going to make much progress on that. The answer to the Wii remote/gamecube controller probably isn't in a file, but contained within the assembly data, which can only be read with a usb gecko. the individuals are codes... but i do not remember where to find them...

I have done quite a bit of hexing and programming as I am one of the people that made that Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 Model Extractor and converter ( I wonder if they could be added to Brawl? ) And I am also in possession of a USBGecko. Anyway I've just dumped the Brawl disc to my PC so i can poke around at the files. Thanks for all your help and good luck with your future endeavors.

EDIT
I have downloaded some files from Brawl Vault and instead of using Riivolution could i just replace the files in the ISO with Wii Scrubber, I can just change the title ID so i have 2 SSBB on my Wii HDD ( One Original and the Modified One.)

2ND EDIT
Disregard the edit above i tried it myself and it works perfectly.

I am honestly sorry, i assumed that you were some hopeless noob. i think you should check out the common2.pac. the common2 contains rumble data, along with alot of unknown data.

My honest guess for the controller would be the mystical main.dol . It's where a lot of technical stuff is, including online's set up, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was there. I'm pretty sure other Wii games such as Super Mario Galaxy 2 use it for that, so yeah. I'm not going to look in there though, cuz I just woke up, but it's my first guess.
