Modding Project M 3.5

Hey, guys. I need some help. I just downloaded Project M 3.5. I'm really enjoying. I know there's a way to mod characters, replace stages, and change the music. But where could i do this at? I try look at some video but the links they gave out were outdated.

And this is just me being nitpicky but is there a way to change the announcer's voice? I miss the Melee voice, lol.

One last question, will it ruin my gameplay?
