Modding my Wii - should I?

So I've decided that I want to give Project M a go, straying from my comfort zone of only playing Brawl. Problem is? I have no idea what effect the Homebrew channel has on a Wii...

SO, I would like to pick the brains of you lot as you are more likely to know the answer to this question: Can I play both Project M and (regular) Brawl on the same Wii, even when the regular version of Brawl has texture hacks applied to it?

Short answer: Yes. Not only is swapping between vbrawl and P:M as simple as removing an SD card, but texture hacks have no effect on vbrawl, unless by chance they're the kind that desync wifi.

I would only mod it if you have a PAL Wii.
