Hello, I am new to modding Melee. I have some questions that I hope some experts could answer.
1.I seen something online that if you mod a GameCube game on an actual console, the mod becomes permanent. Is that true?
2.Is it possible to edit the Character Selection Screen because I want to switch some characters around. Also is it possible to keep Pikachu's icon between Mario and Bowser after unlocking Luigi?

I planned for mods mostly on the Wii instead of Dolphin. It will be really great if someone answer my questions and probably give me some tips on modding Melee. In advance, thanks.
