Need help with modding my smash Wii U!

ok so i have the sound files on my SD card, and its all fine and good, but my Wii U won't connect to the site i'm supposed to for this to work. I have tried to connect with other websites on my Wii U and they connect, but this one won't connect. What am I doing wrong?
