Modding a wii, need major help!

I want to mod my wii to play Japanese games. thats it. If I get extra stuff great, but I wanna play **** games like
naruto ex3 and such

and if I mod it, will it play Japanese Gamecube games along with wii games

I have been asking people and some recommended
