Modded voice is now mute along with it's own SFX

Hi, i'm new to modding and whenever i tried replacing all the voice files of a certain character (by using BrawlBox) with their new ones from their latest installments or Smash Ultimate.
it ends up both of their VC and SE being muted.

Like if i replace Marth's Brawl voice with his Ultimate (JP) voice
he sounds now completely silent.

The only one that doesnt go silent is Link whenever i replace his voice.

Anyone knows how/why does this happen?, Thanks.
