Smash Wii U Missing Music?

Over the course of my playtime in Smash 4, I have noticed a few themes oddly... missing. Here's a few for you: Cynthia's Theme(Diamond and Pearl), Diantha's Theme(X and Y), Unfounded Revenge/Smashing Song of Praise(Mother 3/Brawl), Victory Road Theme(Ruby/Sapphire, more notably Mewtwo's trailer), among others. Any of you have any comments/ideas?

Some BGM from Smash Wii U is not available at all in Smash 3DS. Also, some BGM tracks can only be played in Smash Run.

Yeah, the songs you listed can only be found on the WiiU version of the game.

What everyone says is true. But let me give you an example: On Gaur Plain (Wii U) all Xenoblade music is there. whereas on Gaur Plain (3ds) only has Gaur Plain (Day) and You will know our names available, but it has Mechanical Rhythm in the sound menu on the 3ds being available to Listen to and be used on smash run only. (Like it has already been stated)
