i would say special sweeper, but it's not the case, if it's able to pull of 3 iron defenses, and then enough calm minds to sweep, it's going to be the biggest pain in the @$$ to take down, so not having max defenses is not a problem

HP water is for 90% or all pokes who use flamethrower, fire types, it hits them all for supereffective

the other move, psychic is your best bet for power, and it gets rid of weezing, the other prime candidate for flamethrower and machamp who will use fire punch occasionally, other than that, it's only salamence who serves a problem, who is gonna take a decent amount of damage from psychic anyways and if you're able to pull off liek 4 calm minds, his flamethrower is not OHKOing you and you can probably pull of a 2-3HKO (not sure on calcs)

while yes, his special attack stat is low, but he is able to make very good use of this, i will test it out soon and see if it really works though

Anything that relies on you being able to pull off 4 calm minds is just wishful thinking. Calm mind AND iron defense is just asking for trouble, unless you run into a team without any hazers, which is very unlikely.

i'm pretty sure there are a lot of teams without hazers out there
