Alright, two questions:
1.) Is there any other way to raise a Feebas's beauty other than feeding it dry poffin? Mine has a Rash nature, and can only take four more poffin (it's eaten nothing below Lv. 16 or below a smoothness of 20), but it doesn't look like I'll be able to max it out. Am I doing something wrong?
2.) Once I do get a Milotic, this is the moveset I'm planning on giving it:
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Mirror Coat
-Protect (It'll use protect to guard against the Explosion-centered strategy of my double battle team)
I was going to give it EVs in Sp. ATK, HP, and DEF, but I wasn't sure how much to give it for each stat. Any suggestions?
