So now we know the Mii will be in the game, we also know that it would have a total of 36 moves you could choose from to customize your fighter. That means that the Mii fighters are all customizable, BUT...onlince mode doesn't support custom movesets. So does that mean that Mii's won't be allowed to play online? Also if they are, i'm pretty sure we will quickly find combinations that are broken, and let's face it...4 miis battling each other sounds pretty lame. That also applies for tournaments, do you think mii's will be banned?

I am speaking about online, not competitive scene.
Should have read better, my bad.
Might as well give my opinion: First, Im sure they will find a way to make the custom move set available online for the Mii's. Second, I think they will be allowed in For Fun mode but probably banned in For Glory because of the unpredictable movesets.

I think their custom moves are super cool and they might just make an exception for them online.

There only 12 special moves per character. It not unpredictable.

Meh, there could also be some really OP skill combinations
And it will be used. What? Fox, Falco, Marth and several other characters have an advantage over other characters. People used them to win.

Besides, you letting fear cloud your judgement. There will be variations to the normal basic B moves. Mario fireball is a round fire ball that bounces, doing so-so on damage. A weak, small but faster and farther moving projectile or a stronger bigger but slower projectile like mario fireballs.

Or Marth B move that can move forward like Ike B move but can't do much shield damage if none at all. Or DK super slow but super/hyper armor Side B. Or Kirby Ice breath replacing his suck move giving him better combo ability while taking away his suck and copy ability. This can change the meta game and increase the depth of it.

Simple, just ensure none of the moves combo into each other. Now all they have to do is make sure the individual moves aren't OP. That isn't that hard.

Please note this is different from the customization features for others, these are completely different moves.

Anyway, it's probably just pick Mii, pick class, pick four moves. I don't see the actual selection being an issue. And like I said in the other topic, we don't even know how good the 'best' set is. What if Miis are bottom tier and their alternate moves are the only thing making them viable? We should definitely make an exception for Miis for customization if it's simple enough.
