To my knowledge thats just the random icon and nothing more. as of now the PMBR cant add a character without replacing an existing character and they do not plan on replacing any of the SSBB cast.

PMBR won't add an entirely new character unless they can do it seamlessly without replacing anything from an existing character. The random icon on their website, for now, is just a random icon.

Giga Bowser and Wario Man need to be there. If replacing them was that simple, the PMBR would've done it already.

Alloys are really glitchy iirc. I don't remember specifics, though.

They can just add him Mewtwo as Lucario's pallet swap but with the move-set from melee and keep Lucario intact.
