Mewtwo vs. Lucario (Brawl)

Which do you think is better? I personally like Mewtwo. But the way Melee is has a lot to do with it. I guess I'd like Lucario better if it were him in Melee (I hope that wasn't too confusing).

Lucario is evidently better by his tier list placing but I prefer Mewtwo coz he's extremely evasive... They're both similar characters tho...
