Mewtwo and Roy costumes question

I was just wondering if alternate costumes were compatible, like if you could replace alternate colors of Mewtwo and Roy with costumes like from the Brawl Vault?

They would have to be costumes made specifically for Roy and Mewtwo just like how you can`t use a Kirby costume on Mario

All Marth mods will work on Roy.

Mewtwo requires mods made specifically for it's boneset, so Lucario mods will not work.

I have found that you are mostly correct on Roy. Most costumes work, I have had a few that cause freezing. There is no support for Mewtwo at the moment which is sad.
