Before anyone asks, NO, FRISK IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR AN UNDERTALE DLC.

Gimmick:
Mettaton's Gimmick will be related to his form changes in Undertale. When he takes enough damage, he'll go back to 0%, and will move onto the next form.
At the start of the game, he'll be in his box form.
After Mettaton takes around 150%, he'll turn into his EX form.
Once he hits 180% again, he'll turn into Mettaton Neo. This form is special in that Mettaton can be one-shot in this form, but he deals insane damage(around 10% for non-special moves). Furthermore, for the first 6-10 seconds in this form, you have Banjo-Kazooie Super Armor(i.e his Side-B)
As for his moves, he is so varied, I'm honestly unsure of what to use. He has his flying, along with his puzzles, wheel-feet, etc. So I won't even bother.
