Messing with rain and stuff

I've been thi8nking of making an underwater destination, and I thought bubbles would be a nice touch to it. I saw people take the rain and turn it into different things (Blood, smilies) but I'm wondering, could I turn it into bubbles and then have it go up?

yes it's possible you'd have to rotate the rain model to were it's upside down and change the ame01 to bubbles
