Memphis TN Speedrunner Looking to Get Better at Smash

Hi, I've been a speedrunner/glitch finder since 2008 (3D Zelda, Bond, N64 titles) and now I'm looking to get better at Melee and then transfer that skill over to Smash 4 when it's released so that I can participate in tournaments that come my way. I grew up with Smash 64 and Melee but unlike my friends I didn't go treat them as anything but party games, now I want to dig a little deeper. Been learning the basics and practicing when I can, I follow the competitive scene closely.

I live in Memphis, TN. I actually ran into ihavespaceballs (melee player) once while waiting in line for Skyward Sword at Gamestop, so I'm hoping to meet up with him for some play sessions. Would love to hang out with anyone else in my area that plays.
