I wish Zelda was viable. Spacing toes is fun. Too bad she can't put up a hope of a fight against half of the top 8 when they have a clue about what to do to win and aren't played by bad players. I stick with Peach instead

Yeah this game is great lol. A character that I like to play that gets trashed is probably Ness. His grab is so bad his arms go into him.

No character is trash we must perfect each character to their full potential before dismissing them! Look at the yoshi in Apex top 8 atm!

ok, but you have to admit that in a match between a perfect Fox and a perfect Yoshi, the Fox will win from more options and speed. Another thing is that some characters have inherent disadvantages. How are you supposed to win as Pichu, when your opponent can take advantage of the fact that your percent is constantly increasing from your self harm?

That's the thing, as humans we will never reach perfection. Mind games will be played and mistakes will be made.

yeah but it's dumb to needlessly hinder yourself by removing your options.

let's say I'm Falco and you're Fox. I have you with your back against the edge and you're shielding and I'm in front of you. I laser your shield and dash dance a couple of character lengths away. Fox has like a million options in that situation. Sheik has significantly less. Ganon has like 2. Bowser has like 2.

The reason why characters are good (let's say we only talk about in neutral because a lot of ****ty characters have great punish games) is because they have like 50 million options at a time.

And the character that gets trashed that I play is Falco. RIP Falco. :'(

The Falco-Fox MU is actually pretty even... Although Fox does have a lot of options at a majority of the time and a superior recovery, Falco's comboing evens it up pretty well.

Falco is literally one of the only characters in the game who gives Fox trouble (even MU).

I really wish YLink and Pichu were viable. They're so fun to play as, but I never feel the need to play them because they kind of suck.

It doesn't always work in Melee tho. Not sure about PM, but you can mash out of Kirby's neutral b in like a second.

Lol don't expect to win with Kirby either. If you try to bthrow and fthrow someone off the ledge, they can mash out and you end up sd'ing lmao
