Melee vanilla or Project 20XX

Hi! I live in a pretty small town with only 1 game store, and it doesn't have a gamecube or melee or anything like that. But I have a wii with the homebrew channel, could I still practice all the beginner moves and techniques by just getting the Project 20XX mod? Or should I just try and get a copy of melee? I'm still very much a beginner (I can't wavedash, barely L-cancel) and there aren't any tournaments or other human players I can play with in my area.

Get 20XX it has everything that exist in Melee + more.
You shoulld get version 3.2 besause 4.0 is just a beta at the moment and dont have all the useful features yet.
