A Super Smash Bros. Melee Tournament
We have created this tournament to let the smash community participate in a melee tournament that allows fellow smashers to compete against one another while raising mission funds for Cambodia.
The purpose of this tournament is to raise funds for missions to Cambodia. Due to this we will be trying to raise as much money as we can for our missions.
Venue fee will be $7(not covering food), and singles, will be $5, so $12 if you choose to come and enter singles.
We will be selling food (probably hot dogs) and drinks. Please bring money!
The date is set (currently) on June 27th (Saturday) starting 4pm-8pm
The location will be 340 Bogert Road, River Edge, NJ 07661. It will be inside the church's free space area not the main sanctuary.
Prize for first place will be $200, second will be $100, and third will be $50
It would be greatly appreciated if you can bring your own setup!
We will have plenty of setups to play friendlies!
Everyone who is invited is allowed to compete or even chill, please tell your friends so that we can raise as much money as possible!

Rules
Format will be double elimination best 2 out of 3 besides finals matches. Expect this to take a couple hours: the better you are the longer it will take.
Legal stages are Final Destination, Battlefield, Dream Land, Yoshi's Story, Fountain of Dreams, with Pokemon Stadium as a counter-pick.
Counter-picking works where the winner bans one stage, and then the loser gets to pick from the remaining stages. Dave's Stupid Rule is in effect.
Wobbling is legal.
