I am not sure if I am posting this to the right forum as I am rather new here on Smash Boards. But despite that, does anyone know where I can download a Melee Rom for Dolphin?

I think legal reasons prevent us from being able to point you to a download link. You'll have to find it for yourself on Google. At least, suggesting ROM askers to find it on Google is what I've usually seen on threads like this

If you look at the Terms and Rules link at the bottom of every page in (6) it says we cannot provide instruction or provide access to such things.

You are largely on your own for finding such things. Oddly enough we have a sub-forum dedicated to hacking which often involves having the original copy of the game for doing things as file replacement and even possibly playing a digital hacked copy over USB through a Wii which you likely ripped from a disk.

Feels very conflicting in what in what SWF supports and dissuades >_> Anyway, thread lock.
