Idk who is in D.C. specifically, but there are definitely people nearby. Sypher hosts smashfests and tournaments all the time, so that'd be a good chance to meet everyone. :D

Sounds like you live right on the red line. DoH and I probably both live within 10 minutes of you via metro (Van Ness and Grosvenor-Strathmore respectively).
