Melee on Nintendont help!

So I have Melee running fine through nintendont (RIP my Melee disc, scratched to no end) but I don't have any unlocks. Is there a way for me to get all the unlocks, and or does installing the 20XX hax pack do this and how does on go about doing this on a SD card?

There are a few ways to go about this:
1. 20XX should have all characters and stages unlocked by default. So if they're not, that's an end-user problem i.e. recompile image.
2. Get a 100% save file. There's one on the internet I used, but I don't remember from where. Google is your friend.
