Melee Better Than Brawl?

IMO i think that Brawl will be a good game but just not as great as Melee is. Like if they put gay characters in like everyone is saying they shud put in Ridley, King DDD, diddy kong and other gay chars man Snake in the game might ruin Brawl for me. Like all snake uses is grenades,rockets, and guns Maybe a bit of punches. I would like if they put a bit more sword ppl in it like im happy they put meta knight in it:D. They shud put ppl who can fight like lets say ummmmm lets say if they decided to put capcom ppl in it they shud put ryu (the only best char i could think of atm so dont flame me for this). It would be ok if they put sonic in it, But if it is good im prob gunna be playing Melee most likely cause that game just rocks my Socks:D the best fighting game for Nintendo ever made.

It's difficult to imagine a game which surpasses Melee in terms of depth, style, and polish ... but considering that the developers of Brawl have played unfunnily huge amounts of Melee, I think we need not worry.

By the way ... I must be one of the only ones who doesn't want Sonic in Brawl. It's just ... not his style. I can't imagine the developers incorporating his moves (and speed O_o) into the game without ruining his character and/or making the game unbalanced. My two cents.

It's a possibility that Brawl will suck in comparision to Melee. But don't we already have a thread by name "Who else is nervous about Brawl potentially sucking?" around here somewhere that take up slightly the same discussion?

And Zenkusa: If they can make Sonic as fast as Fox or C.Falcon was in Melee, I don't think there will be any problems.

I agree with you Zenkusa it wouldnt be his style of a game my friend is just dying to see if he's in it. It would be cool if Megeman had a chance to be in it, His moves are his main moves in the games and the main badguys when he gets their power. Like Gutsman or sumtin like that.
