Melee + 64?

What the hell?

I mean, I don't hate SSB64, but why do this? I know that the 64 boards have been wanting some character-specific boards or at least a backroom, but what does this do? It just kinda clutters up the Melee area, and it leaves SSB64 still as a "side game" because it's just kinda attached on the underbelly of Melee.
