Megaman vs. Fox

Can Megaman beat Fox? How do you out play him in neutral? It is really hard when Fox does a Lagless Nair or Bair to uptilt and there's nothing you can do, any advice?

I'd sugges when he goes into the air do a nair, if hes above you and you lack time then do an upsmash or uptilt, or just shield and spot dodge if you expect a grab, if they are on the ground and run at you go for a slide or stop em with pellots, those are your friend in any battle as the jab has a sweetspot and so does nair, if they try to go for reflector go for grab, try to not use metal blade too much when in your hands, if anything drop it on them every now and then to pressure, also grab a lot and work on using bair more, try reverse jumping bairs out of a dash
