Smash Ace
I've been listening to a lot of MM chiptunes lately. My friend and I will argue about what game has the best soundtrack. In Brawl General Discussion there was a thread which pitted all the Brawl music against itself to see which was the most popular track, and I figured this would be a cool thing to do with MM as well!
Not sure if this goes here or in Forum Games, but it's not really a game though. If I can get 10 people to express they're interest, I'll set it up fo sho! If it's been done before, have no fear - MM9 just came out and warrants a new one anyway, fool!
Now, there's a lot of tracks if you count every single track, so here are the rules as I see them:
Only the 8-bit games (MM1-6 + MM9)
Only robot master stages (no wily, intros/endings, battle music, ect.)
We can get a 32 track bracket going by picking the top 5 tracks from each of the 7 games, then dropping the track with the lowest votes. (they all have 8 stages except for MM1, which has 6). I can even seed the tracks that move on based on the votes...
Anyway, like I said, if at least 10 are interested, I think it would be fun.
