Mega Collison Weekly Doubles Online Tournament (Smash 3DS)

This will be a fun semi-competitive doubles weekly tournament once Smash 3DS is released crews can send doubles teams and people without a crew can form doubles teams as well

Rules:
Items off
All Characters allowed (Including Palutena and Mii Fighters)
All Customizations allowed
Stages are mostly FD and Battlefield but any stage can be played on if all 4 players agree to it.
Twitch streaming is optional if one of the players has a streaming device for there 3DS.
This will be a 16-Team Tournament with best of 3 sets
