Hey everybody! So I'm sure I was extremely original with my title, but first time poster here! I've followed the forums on and off for quite some time now and was introduced to it by AceStarthe3rd's channel. I'm a casual player looking to get into a more competitive scene. I'm still in the process of trying to decide on a main, but lately I've been leaning more towards Toon Link. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to mention here, but if anybody has some tips that all beginners need to get started, that'd be great!

I'm happy to be a part of the community and can't wait to fight as many of you as possible

There are many social threads in Smashboards mostly the Smash 4 social thread in particular.

You can also check your local scene if there any tournaments happening.

There are character boards for all games which will help you get a better understanding of your main.
