md/va melee scene (whats gonna happen now?)

hey guys, ive been aching to play some melee recently. but theres one problem.
with the cancellation of syphers fests for 6 weeks, what are we melee players in md/va supposed to do?

i dunno about you guys but i dont want to wait for 6 weeks without melee, i wanna play it now. so is anyone planning to host a melee smashfest/tourney in the near future to keep md/va melee alive? because we need someone to step it up right now and fill in for sypher.

so lets discuss how were gonna keep the melee scene alive in md/va
